По согласию обеих сторон, достигнутому в ходе прошедшей конференции, изменяются условия финансирования проектов в 2005 году. ННС Тайваня будет финансировать 2/3 бюджета российской части гранта на основании контракта, как было предусмотрено ранее объявлением о конкурсе. 1/3 российской части гранта будет профинансировано РФФИ.
В этой связи, для получения финансирования РФФИ, российскому со-руководителю поддержанного проекта необходимо в течение 2-х недель после опубликования списка победивших проектов зарегистрировать через систему Грант-Экспресс и представить в РФФИ 1 экз. заявки, подготовленной по правилам конкурса
а) 2005 года.
При заполнении соответствующих форм следует:
- в форме 1 в п. 1.2.1 (вид конкурса) указывать ННС_а, в п. 1.8 (объем финансирования) указать сумму 400 000 руб
- в форме 2 указывать данные только российского со-руководителя проекта
- форму 3 заполнять полностью
- в форме 4 все пункты заполнять тезисно
Средства в рублевом эквиваленте по курсу ЦБ РФ на момент регистрации заявки в РФФИ будут направляться в организацию финансирования, указанную российским со-руководителем проекта.
Промежуточный отчет по поддержанным проектам представляется в РФФИ ежегодно в течение одного месяца после года выполнения, итоговый отчет - в течение двух месяцев после завершения каждого проекта. Формы отчетов будут объявлены позднее. Решения о продолжении финансирования проекта на очередной год будет приниматься совместно NSC и РФФИ по результатам экспертизы промежуточных отчетов.
