59 applications were admitted to take part in the competition in 2009, 26 projects were supported.
A decision on whether to continue funding a project for the next year will be taken based on an peer review of interim reports which must be submitted by March 01, 2010 for the first project implementation year, by March 01, 2011, for the second; and a final report must be submitted by September 01, 2012.
